If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging, with your receipt or order number.

In store, free: bring the item to any of our four stores in Brandon, Morden, Portage la Prairie or Thompson.
By mail, at your cost: call us at (877) 822-3496 or email marketing@borderlandgroup.ca first, and we’ll tell you where to send it.

You can swap an item for a different size or colour at any of our stores within 30 days. The same condition rules apply.

These can’t be returned: electrical parts once installed, special orders, and clearance items.

We refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
